尿激酶和组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂预防人工晶体术后膜形成的实验研究

摘要 目的 动态观察尿激酶 (UK)、组织型纤维蛋白溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)对兔眼人工晶体术后人工晶体表面细胞反应及膜的影响。 方法 大耳白兔 36只 ,行囊外摘除联合后房型人工晶体植入术。按术毕前房注入液的不同分为 :对照组 ;尿激酶组 ;t PA组。术后第 1,4 ,7,14d取出人工晶体 ,观察其表面沉着物及细胞反应 ,并分类计数。 结果 用药组术后未见膜形成 ;术后第 7~ 14d人工晶体表面的巨噬细胞、纤维母细胞与对照组相比显著减少 (P <0 0 1)。其中t PA对纤维母细胞的抑制作用优于尿激酶 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 尿激酶及t PA均可降低纤维膜形成 ,t PA作用更优。 Objective To study the effects of urokinase and t PA on fibrous membrane formation and cellular reaction on the surface of IOLs in rabbits Methods A total of 36 adult rabbits were given the extra capsular lens extraction and IOLs implantation and the animals were divided into three groups: urokinase, t PA and control, according to the difference of intraocular injecting solutions All the IOLs were extracted respectively on the days 1, 4, 7 and 14. The membrane and inflammatory cells were observed and counted Results The membrane was not seen in test groups. The number of macrophages and fibroblasts on the surfaces of IOLs were significantly lower in test group than that of control group ( P <0 01) The number of fibroblasts on the surfaces of IOLs were significantly lower in t PA group than urokinase group. Conclusions Injection of urokinase or t PA into anterior chamber can reduce the fibrous membrane formation, and t PA is more effective than urokinase.
