摘要
目的了解原发性高血压(PH)并糖调节受损(IGR)患者脉压(PP)及血液流变学改变及其临床意义。方法对比分析原发性高血压(PH组)46例、原发性高血压并糖调节受损(PH+IGR组)42例的脉压及血液流变学检查指标,并探讨其临床意义。结果 PH+IGR组患者心脑血管事件(CVD)发生率较PH组高,两组比较具有显著性差异(χ2=4.414,P<0.05);其脉压、左心室质量指数、全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度明显增高,与PH组比较具有显著性差异(t=2.1963~12.4438,P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压并糖调节受损患者的脉压及血液流变学指标显著高于原发性高血压患者,这可能与IGR参与心脑血管疾病的形成和发展有关,应早期干预。
Objective To study the changes of pulse pressure and hemorheology in patients with essential hypertension complicated with impaired glucose regulation (IGR) and to explore their clinical significance. Methods The pulse pressure and hemorheology in 46 patients with essential hypertension,42 patients with essential hypertension complicated with impaired glucose regulation. Results Pulse pressure,left ventricular massindey,incidence rate of cardiovascular diseases,whole blood viscosity (high shear rate,low shear rate),plasma viscosity of the group of essential hypertension complicated with impaired glucose regulation were significantly higher than that in the group of essential hypertension(P<0.05). Conclusion Pulse pressure and hemorheological indexes in patients with essential hypertension complicated with impaired glucose regulation are significantly higher than that in patients with essential hypertension.Increase of pulse pressure and blood viscosity may be relative to the formation and the progress of cardio-cerebral vascular diseases with the participation of impaired glucose regulation,which may help in early intervention to the disease.
