食管胃连接部与食管下括约肌 被引量:1

摘要 食管胃连接部(esophagogastric junction, EGJ),也称胃食管连接部(gastroesophageal junction, GEJ),是上消化道的一个重要部位, 位于胸腔和腹腔交界处.有关此部位的研究非常多, 包括形态学和功能方面.所以如此, 是因为这个部位具有关闭机制, 其功能如何直接关系到消化道一个重要疾病---胃食管反流病的发生.
