摘要
间歇训练法与持续训练法是常用的主要训练手段。通过对小鼠的实验后发现,采用间歇训练后,其心肌超微结构的变化不及持续训练组小鼠严重。提示:间歇训练法可以较省力地完成更大的运动量。
Interval and continued training are the main training methods most in use. Having made an experiment on rats, the study has discovered that the change in ultramicro-structure of cardiac muscles of rats in the interval training group is less than that of those in the continued training group after training, which indicates that the greater volume of training canbe economically fulfilled with an interval training method.
