摘要 色素炭黑是炭黑工业中的高性能、高附加值品种,深入认识色素炭黑的表面物理化学性质对于开发利用新品种色素炭黑很重要.通过X光电子能谱法测试表征了用不同方法生产的多种典型色素炭黑的表面元素组成与化学性质,阐明了导致接触法炭黑和炉法炭黑表面性质上差异的主要原因,以及炉法炭黑在臭氧化处理过程中表面化学结构发生的主要变化.研究结果指出,接触法炭黑与氧化炉法炭黑的表面在碳 氧键合结构形式及含量上有很大的差异;炉法炭黑的pH值高于接触法炭黑的主要原因是炉法炭黑表面碳 氧双键结构含量较低;炉法炭黑表面臭氧化过程中主要生成的是表面碳 氧单键结构,进一步氧化为双键的程度很低.此外,实验分析了接触法炭黑表面氮元素的组成,结果表明主要是以氨基和硝基的形式存在. Carbon black pigment is an important product in carbon black industry. The deeply understanding its physico-chemical performances can administer to its development and utilization. In this paper, the surface chemical composition and properties of some typical industrial carbon black pigment products have been studied by means of X-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy, the main reason resulting in the difference of surface properties between the contact black and furnace black, and the transformation of chemical structure on furnace black in ozone oxidation process have been clarified. The differences in structural type and contents of carbon-oxygen single bond between the contact black and the furnace black are very evident. The content of carbon-oxygen double bond on the surface of furnace black is much lower than that of contact black, and this difference could result in higher pH value of furnace black than that of contact black obviously. During the ozone oxidation process of furnace black, the carbon-oxygen single bond can be formed mainly, but further oxidation to the carbon-oxygen double bond is very difficult. The experimental result also shows that the nitrogen element on the surface of contact black surface may be mainly in forms of amino group and nitro group.
