摘要
通过对加热炉风机的振动监测与故障诊断 ,查明了风机振动异常的原因。处理后的风机恢复正常运行状态 ,避免了事故的发生 ,并节约了大量的人力、物力及维修时间。
We can find out the abnormal vibrations in fire furnace fans by using the vibration testing and fault diagnosis.The possible accidents can be avoided,the labor resources、material resources and the maintenance time can also be saved after the problems mentioned above are solved.
