摘要
马克思主义的社会主义分配理论主要是按劳分配理论;我国和其他社会主义国家的实践证明,按劳分配理论同现实之间存在着相当的距离;党的十一届三中全会以来,我国理论界对按劳分配理论进行了反思,提出了一些新的观点,在改革的实践中创造了一些新的分配形式。作者对这些理论和实践进行了系统的分析,并且对改革我国的分配制度和劳动制度提出了具体的建议。
Rethinkings and new points of view have been put forth in this article concerning the principle of distribution according to work, which is the principal principle of distribution but can not work well in the practices of China and other socialist countries, New methods for distribution have emerged in the practice of reform. Having examined the theory and the pracices, the author puts forth some specific recommendations concerning the distribution system and work system in China.
