摘要
本文概述了小清河的水资源条件及航运、农业、养殖等综合利用水资源所取得的成效和存在的问题。对继续挖掘小清河水资源潜力提出了初步设想。本文提出了在综合开发利用水资源上,应建立综合机构和保护性法规的建议。并对“南水北调”开发小清河新水源进行了初步探讨。
This article demonstrates the current situation of Xiaoqing River water resources comprehensive utilization in such fields as shipping,breeding,agriculture etc,and points out the existing problems.It presents a tentative idea on continuing to tap the latent power of its water resources.The paper also presents a proposal that comprehensive agents and protective laws and regulations should be set up in developing and using its water resources.It also gives a tentative discussion on developing new water resources in Xiaoqing River.
