摘要
本文在深入探讨经济增长方式内涵的基础上,论述了我国长期实行的粗放型经济模式存在的问题及其成因,提出了建立完善的社会主义市场经济体制、实现经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变的政策性建议。
Based on what, specifically, the ways of economy growth stand for, it expounds the problems and causes of them by having long adopted the extensive economic policy, and suggests transformation of it from the traditional to the intensive so as to perfect the Socialist market economy & system.
