摘要
专业指挥在音乐表演领域中具有独特作用。它形成于十九世纪二十年代，经过一代代大师的努力，指挥不仅早已成为一门独立学科，并且已成为诸多音乐门类中居领导地位的艺术。一位优秀的指挥家应该具有渊博的知识和音乐理论与技能的修养，注意排练效率，还应具有正直、谦逊，严格、宽容的品格，团结和带动大家共同完成“把更多更好的作品奉献给听众”的使命。
A professional conductor plays an important role in the field of music performance (concert, singing with actions and etc). Owing to great masters' efforts for generation, specialized subject of conductor which came into being in the 1820's has become an independent school subject for a long time, furthermore it is an art which occupies a leading position in many department of music. A good conductor should have profound knowledge and accomplishment in music theory and skill, he should pay attention to the efficiency and be honest, modest, strict and tolerant towards others, so as to organize and help the orchestra to accomplish the mission of' to offering the audience more and better music.
