摘要
我国的外汇市场经历了外汇调剂市场和银行之间的外汇市场两个发展阶段，形成具有一定规模的市场体系．我国的外汇市场尚处于初级阶段，还需要不断完善和发展．本文通过对外汇市场的形式、市场交易的主体、外汇交易的品种、汇率形成的机制、中央银行的管理等问题的分析，对我国外汇市场的发展提出了自己的看法和建议．
Abstract The linking of China's foreign exchange market went through two stages,that is, the stage of foreign exchange market of adjustment and the stage of foreign exchange market between banks. In this way, a maxket system is formed on a large scale. It is a good beginning, but still improvement and development are expected.This paper analyzes the forms of foreign exchange maxket, the principal part of the market participators, the categories of exchange, the mechanism of foreign exchange rate, the foreign exchange management systems and the role of the central bank. It also ponders the author's opinions and puts forward his suggestions on the further development of China's foreign exchange market.
