摘要
建立和完善社会保障制度已成为我国当前经济体制改革的刻不容缓的任务。而建立一个科学合理的社会保障管理体制，是使社会保障制度逐步走上科学、合理、统一、高效运行轨道的重要前提。本文主要分析了我国目前社会保障管理体制的弊端，在此基础上提出建立适合我国国情的社会保障管理体制的一些设想。
Abstract To establish and improve the social security system is an urgent task for the current economic reform in China.A scientific and rational social security management system will help the social security system to operate scientifically,rationally,efficiently and beneficially.This article analyzes the malpractice of the social security management system of our country at present and puts forward some suggestions for the establishment of the social security management system fitting into Chinas circumstances.
