AbstractBased on the investigation of the actual development of 30 humanistic tourist items in Jiangxi along the Beijing-Kowloon Railway,the article points out that the development of those items remains in the stage of low start level with low benefits. The author makes some analyses of the existing problems of the development and offers some proposal in this regard:1.Seeing the items to be developed scattered over a large area ,it is necessary to set up the sense of unified development with the emphasis on the scale economic effects;2.In view of the over development of the remains of the revolutionary sites and the under development of the other kinds of tourist attractions that appeal to the broad masses of Chinese and foreign tourists,it is necessary to adjust the development structure;3.To add an appropriate portion of motive and participatory events in the development of humanistic resources and pay attention to the harmony between the humanistic resources and the natural landscapes;4.To strengthen the marketing and promotion,and raise up the fame of Jiangxi's tourist products.
