摘要
针对两岸统一有无时限问题的争论,客观分析了影响海峡两岸统一的主要因素(国际、国内、岛内因素),提出了处理两岸关系的“四不”态度(即不急、不慢、不拖、不断)。
In regard to the debate whether the two sides could be united soon, the paper analyses the main factors (such as those from the world, from the mainland, and from the Island) that hinder the unification, and proposes four-no measures for the unification.
