摘要
本文从比较文化的观点出发,通过对美国、加拿大的在职工商管理硕士教育与中国的同等学力研究生教育的比较研究,认为无论是中国的同等学力研究生教育还是美国、加拿大的在职工商管理硕士教育或半日制职业研究生教育,都是各自国家发展和完善学位与研究生教育制度、培养高层次研究与管理人才的有效途径,对促进科学、教育事业的发展起着极其重要的推动作用,具有广阔的发展前景。
This paper has made a comparative study on the on-the-job education for the master's degree in business administration in USA, Canada and China. The author points out that the on-the-job master's degree education in business administration and half-day professional graduate education in USA and Canada as well as the identical educational level master's degree education in China are effective ways for these countries to train high-level research and managerial personnel in the development and perfection of systems of academic degree and graduate education. Such ways of education are of great importance in advancing scientific and educational development and therefore have a broad prospect.
