摘要
为了有效处理养鸡场的鸡粪,避免其可能造成的环境问题,利用鸡粪烘干机对鲜鸡粪进行烘干处理,测定烘干后鸡粪的营养成分,并在鸡日粮中添加10%的烘干鸡粪,以研究其对育成鸡的饲喂效果。结果表明:鸡粪中粗蛋白含量较高,达30.12%,几乎与大豆相当,同时鸡粪中还含有粗脂肪,粗纤维,B族维生素以及钙、磷、铜、铁、锌、锰等元素,可作为较好的饲料资源;在鸡日粮中加入10%的烘干鸡粪,不仅对育成鸡的体重和饲料转化率均没有显著影响,而且可以节省饲料成本0.16元/只,可为养鸡场取得较好的经济效益。
In order to effectively treat the chicken excrement in chicken farm to avoid the environment problem caused by the chicken excrement, using chicken excrement dryer to dry fresh chicken excrement, then determining the nutrition components of dried chicken excrement; moreover, adding 10% dried chicken excrement to chicken diet in order to study its feeding effect to the adult chicken. The results showed that the crude protein content was relatively high(30.12%), which was almost the same as that in soybean; moreover, there were crude fat, crude fiber, Vitamin B, calcium, phosphorus, cooper, iron, zinc and manganese in chicken excrement, so it is a good feed resource. Adding 10% dried chicken excrement to chicken diet not only had no influence on weight of adult chicken and feed conversion rate, but also can save feed cost by 0.16 yuan/chicken, therefore, it can make a good economic benefit for chicken farm.
