摘要
劳动争议调解人员的素质直接影响到劳动争议调解工作的成效。本文抽取160名北京市大中型企业中的劳动争议调解人员作为研究对象,以O*NET工作分析研究为基础,结合行为事件访谈,构建了企业劳动争议调解人员素质模型。研究发现劳动争议调解人员应具备26项任职素质特征,其中包括谈判、说服、社交洞察力、主动聆听、合作性、关怀他人等6项鉴别性素质特征。
The competency of labor dispute mediator directly affect the efforts of labor dispute mediation. This study sampled 160 labor dispute mediator of large and medium-sized enterprises in Beijing. It used O * NET and Behavioral Event Interview(BEI) to construct the labor dispute mediator competency model. Study found the labor dispute mediator should have 26 competency characteristics, including 6 Differentiating Competencies and 20 Threshold Competencies. For instance, negotiation skills, persuasion skills, community insight, active listening, cooperation and concern for others.
