摘要
目的:探究黄褐斑采用白芷祛斑霜辅助的治疗效果。方法:选取2012年1月~2013年7月收治的82例黄褐斑患者进行常规治疗,试验组有46例患者采用白芷祛斑霜辅助治疗,对照组36例患者选择二白药膏辅助治疗,对两组患者的黄褐斑的治疗情况进行观察。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率为89.1%,对照组患者治疗的总有效率为72.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对黄褐斑患者采用白芷祛斑霜辅助治疗,能够明显减轻症状,而且药物的安全性高,是一种良好的治疗药物。
Objective:To explore the effect of angelica freckle cream in choloasma treatment. Method:82 patients with chloasma from January,2012 to July,2013 were selected,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and treatment group. 46 patients had angelica freckle cream treatment in the experimental group,and 36 patients in the control group patients had two white ointment treatment. Treatment of the two groups of patients with chloasma were observed. Result:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 89.1%,the total effective rate of treatment patients in the control group was 72.2%,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Chloasma treated with angelica freckle cream can significantly reduce the symptoms. Drug safety is high. It is a kind of good drug.
