摘要 介绍了基于物联网和故障树技术的阳极保护远程监控、预警及故障诊断系统的原理、结构。利用物联网技术和故障树分析技术,对远端在役阳极保护设备进行监控,并实施对设备运行状态评估、隐患预警及故障诊断等功能。它可快速准确排除设备故障、降低设备故障率和维护/维修的时间及成本,极大提升了阳极保护设备维护管理水平。 The principle and structure of a remote system for monitoring,pre-warning and fault diagnosis of anodically protected equipment based on Internet of Things and fault tree technology are described.The Internet of Things technology and fault tree analysis techniques are used to monitor remote in-service anodically protected equipment and provide assessment of equipment operational status,pre-warning of hidden hazard and fault diagnosis.It can eliminate equipment fault quickly and accurately,decrease fault rate of equipment and save time and cost for maintenance,significantly improving maintenance management level of anodically protected equipment.
