摘要
阐述了2D数字伺服阀的结构及工作原理,在此基础上,对4只4通径的2D数字伺服阀进行了静态特性实验研究,测试其空载流量特性曲线、零位泄漏特性曲线。
The structure and working principle of 2D digital servo valve are demonstrated.On this basis,experimental study on the static characteristics of four 4mm diameter 2D digital servo valve has been done,and their No-load flow characteristic curve and zero leakage curve are observed.Experiments show that 4mm diameter 2D digital servo valve has ideal static characteristics and low pilot control zero leakage.
