摘要
对参加广东省第八届大学生运动会篮球比赛中甲、乙组高校篮球队教练员的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构以及教练员的管理等方面进行调查、统计与分析,剖析当前广东省高校篮球教练员队伍中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,旨在为高校篮球教练员队伍的发展提供参考。
This article investigation,statistic and analyzes the age structure,educational level and professional title of college basketball coaches which join in the 8th Guangdong University Games,analyzes the problem of college basketball coaches,and propose some countermeasures,aimed at provides some references for the development of college basketball coaches.
