摘要
建立一套测定乙炔法醋酸乙烯生产主要产物醋酸乙烯、醋酸、乙醛、丙酮、巴豆醛的气相色谱分析方法.以乙酸正丁酯为内标物,主产物醋酸乙烯和副产物乙醛、丙酮、巴豆醛分步测定.结果表明,各组分能完全分离,各组分质量比与峰面积比线性关系良好,线性相关系数≥0.9990,重复性相对标准偏差RSD≤2.85%,各组分3种不同质量浓度加标回收率在94.60%~104.59%之间.该法简单、快速、测量准确,可用于工业生产快速分析.
A quantitative two-step analysis method was established to determine the main products of the vinyl acetate gas phase synthesis from acetylene method,such as acetic acid,acetaldehyde,acetone,vinyl acetate,and crotonic aldehyde,by gas chromatography with butyl acetate as internal standard.The experimental results show that components could be completely separated and has good linear relationships between the mass ratio and peak area ratio.The relative standard deviations are no more than 2.85%,and the average recoveries are from 94.60% to 104.059%.
