摘要
从LF造渣的目的及难点出发,分析了脱氧工艺、渣碱度、熔化温度及渣系组成对宽厚板精炼效果的影响。通过对宽厚板LF精炼进行统计分析,得出了较合理的渣系组成为(%):CaO51~62;SiO210~25;Al2O314~27;(TFe+MnO)【1.5。
From aim and difficult point of LF slag-forming start, analyzes effect of deoxidizing technique, waste basicity, melting temperature and waste system composition on purifying effectiveness of the wide-heavy plate. By means of statistical analyzing to LF purifying situation of the wide-heavy plate, obtains more suitable waste system component(%): CaO51 ~ 62; SiO210 ~ 25; Al2O314 ~ 27;(TFe + MnO) < 1.5.
