基质细胞衍生因子-1α及受体组织表达与糖尿病矛盾现象的关系

The expression of stromal cell derived factor-1α(SDF-1α)and its receptor CXCR-4 in different tissues have no correlation with diabetic paradox

摘要 目的探讨基质细胞衍生因子-1α(SDF-1)及其受体组织表达与糖尿病矛盾现象的关系。方法将大鼠设为糖尿病(DM)、正常对照(NC)两大组,分别在2周、4周、8周、12周、20周检测视网膜和心肌组织上SDF-1α、CXCR-4的表达变化。结果(1)DM组外周血SDF-1α水平随着时间的延长逐渐升高(P<0.05);(2)DM组心肌、视网膜组织上SDF-1α、CXCR-4的表达也随着时间的延长而升高(P<0.05),且两者在视网膜及心肌上的表达无明显差异。结论我们推测SDF-1α、CXCR-4的表达与糖尿病矛盾现象无关。 Objective To detect the expression of stromal cell derived factor-1α(SDF-1α) and its receptor CXCR-4 in neovascularization membranes of eyes and cardiac muscle tissue of diabetic rats.and explore the role in diabetic paradox.Methods Adult sprague-Dawley male rats w ere randomly divided into diabetic group(DM) and control group(NC).Each group was divided into five subgroup,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,20 weeks respectively.Results Compared with NC group,the level of plasma SDF-1α and the expression of SDF-1α,CXCR-4 both in retina micrangium and in the heart of DM rats increased with the prolongation of disease.Thus,the expression of SDF-1α,CXCR-4 in retina micrangium and in the heart o DM rats have no difference.Conclusion The expression of SDF-1α and CXCR-4 may have no relation to the diabetic paradox.
