摘要
目的探讨心电图变化对中青年甲亢的诊断价值。方法对我院门诊就诊且初次诊断为甲亢的75例患者的心电图资料进行分析,并且选择75例来我院体检,性别、年龄匹配的正常人群的心电图资料作为对照。结果甲亢组患者心电图改变37例(49.33%),正常对照组心电图改变23例(30.67%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且心电图改变主要为ST段、T波的改变。甲亢组心率明显快于正常对照组,甲亢组心率(77.72±12.98)次/min,正常对照组心率(71.29±10.14)次/min,两组差异有统计学意义。甲亢患者中,心电图异常率女性患者(61.70%)明显高于男性患者(32.14%),两者比较差异有统计学意义。甲亢组相对于对照组QT间期缩短、QTc间期延长、P波振幅增高,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论甲亢患者心电图异常发生率比对照组高,心电图对甲亢的诊断有一定的参考价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of changes on electrocardiogram(ECG) for young and middle-aged patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods ECG data of 75 outpatients who were diagnosed in our hospital with hyperthyroidism for the first time were analyzed. Meanwhile,75 case of normal persons who were matching with the 75 outpatients in genders and ages were enrolled as the control group and their ECG data were also analyzed. Results There were ECG changes in 37 cases(accounting for 49.33%) of the hyperthyroidism group and in 23 cases(accounting for 30. 67%) of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0. 05). The ECG changes mainly concentrated on ST segments and T waves. In the aspect of heart rate,the hyperthyroidism group was significantly faster than the control group,with(77. 72 ± 12. 98) times / min in the former and(71. 29 ±10. 14) times / min in the latter,and the differences were statistically significant. In the hyperthyroidism group,the incidence of abnormal ECG of females(61. 70%) was obviously higher than that of males(32. 14%),with statistically significant differences. Compared with the control group,there were decreased QT interval,prolonged QTc interval and increased amplitude of P wave in the hyperthyroidism group,and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The incidence of abnormal ECG in patients with hyperthyroidism is higher than that in normal group. ECG can provide some reference value for the diagnosis of hyperthyroidism.
