摘要
近年来,国外已经在低渗透油气藏中,成功的应用了活性水压裂进行施工,结果证明与传统的胍胶压裂相比,在低渗透油气藏中活性水压裂能产生更好的增产效果,且施工成本也明显低得多。针对十屋地区砂岩地层压力系数低,天然能量不足,压裂液返排困难等特点,通过开展活性水加砂压裂试验,提高改造效果。文中通过对活性水压裂增产机理、压裂液配方与压裂工艺优化研究,在十屋地区秦家屯油田开展了2井次的现场试验,取得了良好的效果。
In recent years,Active water fracturing has been used successfully in low permeability reservoir at home and abroad.The results prove that compared with traditional guanidine gum fracturing,Active water fracturing can produce better stimulation effect in low permeability reservoir,and construction costs are significantly lower.For shiwu sandstone formation pressure coefficient is low,the lack of natural energy,the fracturing fluid flowbackf difficulties,through Active water fracturing test improve the effect of reconstruction.In this paper,through the research of Active water fracturing stimulation mechanism,fluid formulation and fracturing process optimization,we conducted field trials of the two wells in Qin Jiatun oilfields,and achieved good results.
