摘要
目的对南宁市公共用品集中消毒机构现状进行调查,掌握集中清洗公共用品的卫生质量,为监督工作提供依据。方法依据标准规范,对清洗消毒机构的布局、管理、流程等监督检查;对公共用品进行抽检,并对监督、抽检结果进行评价和统计分析。结果市区内消毒机构布局不合理,过于集中;消毒机构软件指标合格率低于硬件指标;被套、枕套、床单的合格率高于面巾、浴巾的合格率(P<0.01)。结论公共用品集中消毒机构存在管理缺陷,卫生质量管理总体水平低;加强卫生备案管理,合理布局消毒机构;加强执法监督,促进消毒机构完善制度,规范清洗操作流程,提升整体水平。
Objectives Based on the present investigation of Nanning Centralized Disinfection Services,to know the cleaning quality of disinfection so as to provide basis for further inspections.Methods According to the related standards,the distribution,management and processing in the disinfection services have been inspected.After sampling,the relevant evaluation and statistical analysis had been carried out.Results The municipal distributions of affiliated disinfection services are irrational and too centralized;the qualified rates of software indexes are lower than the hardware indexes,the qualified rates of quilts,pillowcases,sheets are higher than the washcloths,bath towels(P<0.01).Conclusions There exist administrative defects in centralized disinfection services.The overall levels of management are low.Therefore,the health chronological management on archives should be strengthened;distributions of the disinfection organizations should be rationalized;supervision of law enforcement should be tightened;regime in disinfection organizations should be promoted and improved.The operation processing should be standardized and the overall level should be improved.
