摘要
农村土地的保障特征是城乡二元社会结构形成的根本原因,国民均地是消解城乡二元结构的根本制度设定。它可以真正实现国民身份均等,实现城乡保障均等,减少城市病,有利于土地集约经营,增加城乡交流,使国防安全和避灾等实现均等化。
The feature of rural land protection is the fundamental reason for the formation of urban and rural dual social structure,and the national land equalization is the fundamental system setting to disintegrate urban and rural dual social structure.It can truly equalize national identity,achieve equal urban and rural guarantee,and reduce the city disease.It can also facilitate land intensive operation,improve urban and rural communication,and make national defense safe and avoid calamity.
