摘要
考查160名"阳光工程"学员,并对参加培训的农民进行了3年的跟踪考核。比较分析结果显示,"阳光工程"对促进农民增收具有显著作用,对不同行业的创业者的作用效果具有差异性。"阳光工程"增强了农民的创业能力,搭建起了创业者相互沟通的平台,为创业者提供了广泛的创业信息。现实情况要求"阳光工程"优化师资力量,强化跟踪服务。
In order to check the effect of "sunlight project" supported by national finance on farmers’ income increase exactly,160 farmers participated in the "sunlight project" was tracked for 3 years and assessed.Comparative analysis showed that "sunlight project" had sufficient effect in promoting the farmers income increase;and the promotion effects for entrepreneurs differed in different industries."Sunlight project" increased the enterprise ability of farmers,built a communication platform for the entrepreneur,provided wide enterprise information for the entrepreneurs.Meanwhile,it needed to optimize the teachers resources and strengthen the tracking services.
