摘要
研究了不同碳源、氮源、碳氮比、培养基及不同pH、温度等条件对野生桑黄——火木层孔菌(Phelli-nus igniarius)生长发育的影响。结果表明,桑黄菌丝生长的最佳碳源为果糖,最适有机氮源为牛肉膏,最适无机氮源为NH4NO3,最适碳氮比为20∶1;桑黄菌丝生长对pH的适应范围较广,pH 4~9菌丝均可生长,桑黄菌丝适宜在中性偏酸环境下生长;桑黄菌丝最适生长温度为22~28℃,并初步探讨桑黄子实体最适生长温度为20℃;桑黄最适宜的培养基为新鲜桑枝120 g、麸皮50 g、葡萄糖10 g、琼脂10 g,去离子水定容至500 mL。
This article studies the effects of various factors(including medium,carbon source,nitrogen source,carbon and nitrogen ratio,pH value,temperature and so on) on the growth and development of Phellinus igniarius.The results are as follows: In the various factors tested,the best carbon source for the growth of mycelium of P.igniarius is fructose;the optimal organic nitrogen source and inorganic nitrogen source is beef extract and NH4NO3 respectively;the optimal carbon-nitrogen ratio is 20∶1.The mycelium can grow within a wide range of pH values(pH 4~9),it shows that the neutral acidic condition is suitable for mycelium growth.The optimal growth temperature range of mycelium is 22 ~28 ℃,the optimal growth temperature of fruiting bodies is 20 ℃.The optimal medium for the growth of mycelium is : fresh mulberry sticks 240 g/L,bran 100 g/L,glucose 20 g/L and ager gel 20 g/L.
