Objective To evaluate the cause,prevention and treatment of anastomotic leakage in thorax after esophagectomy.Methods The management andi ncidence of anastomoti cleak agein thorax were compared in two groups.Results The incidence of thoracico-anastomotic leakage in perioperative management group was much lower than that in conventional group.Conclusions The death rate of anastomoti cleak ageinthoraxis higher.The prevevtion of anastomoti cleak agein thoraxisemp hasized.
