摘要
侗族文化在大众文化层面、技术文化层面、制度文化层面和价值文化层面都具有优越的价值和魅力,是侗族人民的精神支柱。随着社会转型的深化发展,侗族文化面临着传承者质的落后和量的微少,保护和传承主体责任不明确、资金不到位或缺位,文化价值与经济价值脱节,文化权益分配不均衡等问题。基于贵州省黎平县的实证调研,提出3条对策:第一,充分发挥市场经济积极作用,满足文化主体的利益需求;第二,发展教育,培养文化专业技能传承人才,为侗族文化的保护和传承提供支撑;第三,在社会舆论与宣传方面,建立社会联动机制,加强对侗族生态文化的宣传推广,增进社会对侗族文化的认知,从而强化社会支持。
The culture of Dong minority has superior value and charm in the mass culture,culture of technology,institutional culture and value of culture.It is the spiritual pillar of the Dong people.With the development of socialist market economy,the Dong culture is faced with such problems as the low quality and small quantity of inheritors,unclear responsibility of protector and inheritance,lack of funds,disj unc-tion between cultural and economic value,and unbalanced distribution of cultural rights and interests.On the basis of the empirical research in Liping County of Guizhou Province,the paper puts forward three countermeasures:giving full play to the positive role of market economy,and meeting the interests demand of cultural subj ect;developing education and cultivating professional talents;and establishing social linkage mechanism,strengthening the ecological and cultural promotion,promoting the social cognition in the Dong culture,and intensifying the social support.
