摘要
本文主要基于用户感知预防优化目的,使用结构方程模型理论对用户综合感知体系建模,并使用大量投诉样本来统计得到该体系下4大因素,接入性、保持性、完整性和网络健康因子的权重,推导出用户综合感知评估体系,并获得了以下研究成果。
This article is mainly based on the purpose of user perception prevention optimization, through structural equation model theory to construct integrated sensing system, and use the large number of complaints to the statistical sample of the four factors of the system, accessibility, retention, integrity and the weight of network health factor, obtaining the result of IQoE system and the following findings.
