随着房地产行业的蓬勃发展,建筑市场的竞争也日益激烈。本文主要介绍了目前影响建筑造价成本的几点因素、市场存在问题以及控制住宅造价成本的一些方法,探讨了如何从建筑结构设计的角度出发,控制住宅造价成本。
With the rapid development of real estate industry, the construction market competition has become increasingly fierce. This paper mainly introduces the current market several factors influencing construction cost, as well as some problems of the housing cost control, discusses how to control the cost of housing cost proceed from structural design.
