摘要
房屋建筑工程对于工程项目的专业化操作与管理的要求比较高,但现阶段我国房屋建筑工程的项目管理还存在着很多问题。基于此,本文主要从概念、内容和特点三个方面对房建工程的项目管理进行了简单的分析与探讨。
The housing construction projects have high requirements of professional operation and management, but at present, the stage of Chinese housing construction project management still exist many problems. Based on this, this article mainly analyzes and discusses the housing construction project management from the three aspects of concept, content and characteristics.
