摘要
生产过程中,行为形成因子会对人因失误产生不可忽略的作用。在行为形成因子诱发人因失误的过程中,其他行为形成因子也会对诱发过程产生影响。本文基于这种影响作用,对行为形成因子影响人因失误的程度进行了量化,求解得出了人因失误的概率,并进行了实验验证。
During production process,performance shaping factor(PSF) has a significant effect on human error. The process of the PSF inducing human errors is also influenced by other performance shaping factors. Considering the influences,this paper quantifies the influence degree of each performance shaping factor to the human error,calculates the human error probability,and presents a case study.
