摘要
在炼厂污水处理过程中会产生大量含油污泥(含油率一般大于5%,最多可达10%以上),该污泥被认定为危险废物(编号:HW08),如果不能妥善处理,不仅会带来环境污染,而且还可能产生安全事故。本文着重论述焚烧系统前对污泥干化的意义、干化+焚烧工艺流程以及在工程设计中的关注要点。
During the refinery sewage treatment process will produce a great quantity of oily sludge( Oil rate generally is greater than5%,up to more than 10%),The sludge is regarded as hazardous waste( NO. HW08),If you could not cope with it well,not only brings environmental pollution,but also may produce safety accidents. This paper focuses on the meaning of sludge drying before incineration system,drying and incineration process and the attention points in engineering design.
