摘要
采用基于微生物固定化技术的高效载体生物床工艺对温州某电镀基地废水进行了深度处理试验。结果表明,该项工艺技术对电镀废水中的有机污染物去除效果明显,对总铬、六价铬、总镍、总铜及总氰等重金属污染物的去除均具有不同程度的促进作用。试验连续运行2个月以上,在进水COD及重金属浓度均有较大波动的情况下,保持COD平均去除率为62.3%,出水COD浓度降至60.0mg/L左右;出水总铬、六价铬及总氰浓度分别降至1.0mg/L、0.2mg/L及0.3mg/L以下;出水总镍与总铜平均浓度分别为0.33 mg/L与0.27mg/L,远低于《电镀污染物排放标准》GB21900-2008中的浓度限值,保障废水稳定达标排放。
Based on the microorganism immobilization technology , an efficient carrier bio -bed process was employed for advaced treat-ment of electroplating wastewater from a local electroplating industrial park in Wenzhou .The results indicated that the efficient carrier bio -bed process achieved high removal effciency of organic pollutants from electroplating wastewater , while the removal of heavy metal contami-nant was enhanced by various degrees .Throughout the two month of continuous operation , effluent COD concentration was decreased to 60. 0mg/L, with an average COD removal rate of 62.3%.The effluent concentration of total chromium , hexavalent chromium and total cyanide were reduced to below 1.0mg/L, 0.2mg/L and 0.3mg/L, respectively.And the average concentration of effluent total nickel and total cop-per were 0.33 mg/L and 0.27mg/L, respectively.Accordingly, all above pollutant indexes could meet the Emission standard for pollutants from electroplating ( GB21900-2008 ) , which ensures steady and standard discharge of the electroplating wastewater .
