摘要
本文明确指出,应从战略的高度重新认识对外贸易在我国国民经济发展中的作用,认为对外贸易主要应起到促进我国国民经济迅速发展的杠杆作用,并阐述了对外贸易的国民经济盈利性原则是实现其杠杆作用的重要前提条件。文章根据对外贸易在国民经济发展中的杠杆作用,提出应适度地提高对外贸易在我国国民生产总值中的份额,把它置于应有的地位,以加速我国现代化建设的步伐。本文是笔者对有关我国外贸理论问题的初步探讨,愿抛砖引玉,引起讨论,以利我国外贸事业的发展。
The article points out in clear terms that the role of foreign trade in the whole national economy must be reassessed in the context of the strategic point of view. It holds that foreign trade should be a lever in promoting rapid growth of our national economy. The principle of profitability to the national economy is one of the important preconditions for materializing the role of foreign trade. Based on the role played by foreign trade in our national economy, the article concludes that foreign trade must be placed in an appropriate position and its share in the total output value of national production should be increased accordingly, so as to accelerate the modernization of our country.
