摘要 通过自用振原理对单杠振浪动作的分析,我们发现运动员的体型和初摆动作与其振浪动作完成的情况有关。这些发现对体操训练是有益的。以哈纳温的基本参数为基础,我们对一位身高1.73米、体重72.35公斤的典型的体操运动员进行了分析计算。上身与下身重量之比、下肢长度和屈体的度数作为变参数代入方程。计算结果表明,振浪动作的幅度与屈体的程度和运动员的体型有关。一般来讲,控制屈体的参数的最适宜的取值为1.4,而且四肢长下肢重的运动员占优势。影片分析表明,理论推导与实际情况是相符,分析所用的影片是上海体操队训练时拍摄的。 Analysing the whip swing movement on the horizontal bar by applying the principle of self-excited vibration, we have found out what a gymnast's bodily form and preliminary swing have to do with his performance of the whip swing. Our findings can be useful to gymnastics training.Based on the fundamental parameter supplied by Hanavan, we have made analyses and computations on the body of a typical gymnast 1.73m tall and weighing 72.35kg. As factors for variable parameters, the ratio between upper and lower boweights,the length of the lower body and the degree of jackknifing are substituted into the equations. Results of the computations indicate that the amplitude of the whip swing is related to the degree of jackknifing and the performer's build.Genera lly speaking, the most desirable coefficient (K) of controlling jackknife is 1.4, and it is an advantage for the performer to have longer limbs and heavier legs. Analyses by means of films taken of the Shanghai gymnastics team in training shows that the theoretical law conforms with actual performance.
