摘要
不同的产品有不同的需求特性,所有的产品都存在供应链选择的问题,企业必须从产品需求特性分析入手,建立最适合于自己的供应链系统。
Different products have different demand characteristics and all products have the problems in choosing the supply chain. Enterprises must analyse and start with from the demand characteristic of the products, set up the most suitable supply chain system by oneself.
