摘要
本文从四方面论述了魏晋时期王弼、阮籍、嵇康、郭象等玄学家的犯罪心理学思想:①无知守真,则邪心不生。认为只有摒弃智慧,才能民泰国安;②知足为乐,民各据性分.认为欲望是危乱社会的祸根,必须去除“羡欲之累”;③上之化下,犹风之靡草.要求统治者用自身的行为去惑化人民;④刑教一体,礼乐平人心.主张刑罚与教化相辅相成,重视音乐的移风易俗功能.
This article explores the thoughton criminal psychology in the learningof mysteries of the Wei and Jin Dy-nasties in four areas:1)only whenwi(?)dom is forsaken can the country betranquil and the people peaceful;2)the desires are the source Of the dis-aster of society;3)the ruler musthelp a misguider to change by settingan example;and 4)penalty should besupplemented with teaching.
