摘要
随着近年来各国力量对比的变化,世界经济格局中正在形成美国、日本、德国三足鼎立的形势。三国既是经济生活国际化的开路先锋,又是三大经济圈的区域集团化的核心力量。美国是地位相对下降的世界超级大国,在综合国力、军事实力和国际地位方面明显领先:日本是在80年代末形成的世界经济大国,见长于金融资本、工业技术和发展潜力;东、西德的统一大大地提高了德国在欧洲乃至世界格局中的地位,虽然由于诸多不确定因素的影响,德国要赶上日本和美国尚需多时,但在今后一段时间内它将依然是欧洲地区的经济大国,其优势在于拥有经济实力、集团依托和欧洲影响。由于在三国之间存在的政笋性矛盾、结构性矛盾、格局性矛盾的交叉影响,必然在三国关系中形成一方面是竞争和矛盾加剧、一方面是协调和合作加强的新局面。三个不等量级的经济强国,再辅以各自所在的三大经济圈,构成了今后世界经济格局的主要框架。
Along with the change of power balance in the world, what appearing in the global economic pattern is the ripartite confrontation of the United States, Japan and Germany. The three nations are both the pioneers in the nternationalization of economic life and the core forces of the regionalization in three major economic circles. lthough the United States is a declining superpower, it outweighs the other Two in national strength military power nd nternational status. Japan had turned into a global economic power in the 1980s. Its advantages rest with its inancial apital, industrial technology and potential for further development. Even though it will take Germany a long time to atch up with the United States and Japan because of many uncertain factors, its reunification has greatly increased ts position in the European as well as the world patterns. It will be still an economic power in Europe in the future. Its dvantages lie in its economic stength, the support from the groups in which it has joined and its influenec in Europe. he interacting impacts of the contradictions of the three nations in their policies, structures and patterns will nevitably lead to such a situation in which their competitons and contradictions will be sharpened on one hand and oordination and cooperation strengthened on the other hand. The three unequivalent economic powers, supported by their respective economic circles, will constitute the framework of the global economic pattern in the future.
