摘要
本文通过对朝鲜女运动员金光淑在北京亚运会高低杠比赛中完成的特卡切夫接肖空翻动作的运动生物力学分析,结果发现:(1)在振浪下沉过程中,身体总重心最快速度在杠下垂面以前,这从理论上对传统的最快速度在杠下垂直面的观点提出了新的见解;(2)在特卡切夫类动作的制动动作过程中,通过振臂压腿,使踝关节速度降到最低点,形成以脚为中心的瞬时转动中心时,能获得最佳的反向旋转,为腾越后的再握创造了有利条件。
The Tkachev to Xiao Ruizhi combination accomplished by Kim Gwang-Suk in uneven bars competition at the Beijing XI Asian Games was kinematically analysed. It was found that; 1. during the body sinking while whip-swing, the movement of the centre of whole body weight reaches the highest speed before vertical plane under the bar. This is a new theoretical understanding which is different from the traditional one that the highest speed occurs on vertical plane under the bar;2. through pumping arms and pressing legs down to fully slow the movement of ankles, the body makes the best reverse rotation, of which the instantaneous centre is at foot,thus creating a good condition for regrasping the bar after vaulting.
