摘要
人口、资源、环境三大问题不仅影响着世界范围内的经济、社会的发展,同样在我国也是相当严峻。为实现经济的持续、稳定、协调发展,必须强化资源的综合利用。从众多的实例中可以看出,它不仅节约了资源,而且保护了环境,还获得了经济效益。更重要的是创出了一条深化改革、开放搞活的新途径。
The three big problems population, resources and environment, not only affectthe world economic and social development, but also pose a serious threat to that of China.For the achievement of a permanent, stable and coordinated development of economy, it isfundamental to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of resources, for many liveexamples have shown that it not only saves resources, but also protects environment andgains economical benefit. Furthermore, it has created a new way to deepen the reform andanimate the policy of opening to the outside world.
