利用等离子体技术去除旧PS版表面感光层和油墨 被引量:1

摘要 报告了利用等离子化学方法除去旧PS版表面感光层和油墨的原理和实验结果。结果表明:利用这种方法完全可以去除表面涂层,去除后的版基表面除保留了原有砂目外,表面自由能增加,对感光材料吸着力增大。用这种再生版基所作的涂布和晒版结果表明,涂料附着牢固,图象清晰。这种方法有望为旧PS版再生提供一种有效快速无污染的新途径。 Principles and experimental result of removal of photosensitive layer and ink film on used PS plate by plasma chemical method are reported. It shows that the layer and ink film can be removed by this method, after treatment,the grain on the base remains, surface free energy is increased. adsorption to photosensitive material is also increased. The result of coating and platemaking shows that the coating layer is secure, the image is sharp. The method is a mew, fast and nopollution one for PS plate recovery.
