摘要
在青少年基础训练阶段,在单纯追求专项成绩的驱动下,多有忽视力量素质训练的现象,从而导致短期效益。适度的力量训练有助于技术规范,更好地促进速度发展和耐力水平提高。提出了青少年竞走运动员力量训练的方法。
AbstractIn the course of young walkers’basic training,in ordr to improve athletes’spocialized results, somecoaches had ignored stength training.The authors thought that: Moderate degree strength training wouldimprove skill standardize, raise levcl of speed and endurance. The methods of youns waklkers’strengthtraining were pointed out.
