摘要
本文将对ＣＳＣＷ的产生，发展、特征、技术和有关理论与应用状况等进行了综合性的评述。
Information technology has been stimulating the changing of organization struc-ture and prompting group work effectiveness， the time from the middle of 1980s saw themost since 1950s． Experts， either information or decision and management conclude onceand again that 1990s and the 2000s will be the revolution years for organizationso′ manage-ment and group work． Contexted as above， this paper introduces the concept ofCSCW ／ CSCS， and gives a comparatively detailed description of its characteristics andtechnological set． In the view of advancing the studies of CSCW proceeding in China， welist out some of the organizations， which are doing CSCW projects′research or develop-ment， and major international symposiums， and journals devoted to CSCW or containingCSCW as a special conlumn.
