摘要
本文以国际商务为研究对象，阐述了信息技术应用于国际商务风险决策的必要性和现实性；进而在ＥＤＩ、ＭＩＳ应用的基础上分析了国际商务信息（库）的结构特征；提出了基于知识的分布式国际商务ＤＳＳ的结构框架、开发模式和实施策略。
