摘要
《中华人民共和国体育法》就宏观的历史时机而言，它是全面走向现代化的当代中国经济与社会发展进程的一种客观显现，是中国体育在新时期的改革与发展中应运而生的必然结果。体育社会化所促成的体育结构的重新组合，市场经济对全社会法制化的积极推进，社会发展战略地位的日益突显，以及体育立法的国际性趋势，是其颁行的重要的时代要求。
Speaking from the historical opportunity，the pronmulgation of“ The Sports Law of the Pcople's Republic of China”objectively reflected the modern social development and contemporary economy of China. It is the inevitable outcome during the reform and development process of China Sports in the nww era. The new combination of Sports structures facilitated by socialization of sports，the progress of the legalization of society promoted by market economy, the strategy of social development getting more and more important and international trend of the legislation of sports，all these are the times requirements of its promulgation.
